♥️ {I Am} a Licensed Professional Counselor in Richmond, Virginia. My mantra on life is ” Speak what you seek until you see what you’ve said!” I like to focus on identifying your strengths and helping you to maximize them to overcome your obstacles.
🖤 One in five Americans suffers from mental illness. African- Americans are the least likely population to seek treatment. With an understanding of the stigma associated with therapy in the African American community, it is my mission to bring awareness to mental health issues that plague the African American community.
