I have been in the field as a Personal Chef & Meal Prep coach for a good amount of time.
I desire to use food to energize and heal clients, utilize fitness to motivate movement and positive chatter to shift people’s mindsets. I am passionate about life and would love to connect with like minded people so we can change the world collectively!
