Bio

Kevin Harrison, commonly-known as HDKyle is a Jamaican record producer who grew up in Portmore, Jamaica who started pursuing a career in music shortly after leaving Bridgeport High School in 2014 however, he did not take music seriously until two years later, when he teamed up with his High School friend Jovahn Forbes Also known as “JayKhimani” to form a Label know as Lay-Z Boy Records.

The first time “HDKyle” could remember entering a studio was when his father stopped by Anchor Recording Studio in Kingston, Jamaica one day after Prep school to meet up with a friend of his. This was when he first had an idea of how music was created.

HDKyle would link with Ratigan from Brixton Music Group to release a song titled “Vibez” on the “Cann Gwan Riddim” This Riddim would also feature upcoming artist Vettron and his song Titled “ No Complaining”. This would be the first set of songs released by Lay-Z Boy Records in 2017. In 2018 Lay-Z Boy Records, Louie Music & Unruly Ent. Released a song by Unruly Ent. Artist Quada titled So Right.

HDKyle teamed up with African Born music producer and artist Yannick MYK who is currently based in New York to produce a compilation album titled “Darkness Rise Riddim” which featured artist such as I Waata, D’Ladi Shan, Yannick MYK, Qnique, Kapella Don, Clymaxx, De’vious Now known as Wire Brain) & Vettron.

HDKyle would continue producing for Vettron as well as work with other artists such as Quada From Popcaan Unruly Ent, ReniGAD from RDX, Kapella Don, WireBrain formally know as De’vious Prince Chris, Dhuty Lugsri, Ganggoolie, G Loc & Qnique Just to name a few.
