I am a young CEO of an organization called “ H.A.R.L.E.M “ which is an acronym for “ Healing And Restoring Living Environmental Minorities “. The reasoning of me starting this program is because i lost my 14 year old brother to a gun shot wound in the back of the head and it broke me into millions of pieces and i took my depression and trauma and turned it into something positive. The purpose of the program is to instill all cores of preservance into the youth of today. the organization is to help guide youth of all ages to break generation cycles and create newer and better ones, helping people become the first generation of college graduates in their families, exposing the light onto the good parts about life since a lot of kids older and younger have been exposed to the dark sides and exposed to slot of things they shouldn’t have been exposed to.. Help bettering the communities for the future of the youth to show them that’s more to life than what majority of societies stereotypes portray
