I am a Heart Led Spiritual Mentor Facilitator and Master Doula. I focus on birth as spiritual, as a way to connect with all that is. Spiritual birthing and all that it entails is a way to release fear and emotional blocks in a way that allows for the most supportive, conscious and aware birth. Spiritual birth is connecting with yourself and Source.
