Me: 20+ years working in tech / digital marketing / startups / politics.

A bit about me....
Born & raised in North Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

2000 - 2008: worked in e-commerce / performance based marketing, UK mgt team at TradeDoubler (IPO’d in 2005)

2008 - 2010: travelled in South America, lived and worked in Spain 🇪🇸, child #1

2011: moved back to Wales, co-founded the Handmade Horizons online marketing course with Polly Dugdale (bootstrapped)

2012: child #2 🍼

2013 - launched TFI Monday, worked as outsourced digital marketing director for tech startups, founded and ran the Summer of Startups internship program

2014: published my first book 📚

2016: ran the first-ever digital campaign for the Labour Party in Wales🌹

2017: hired by the Deputy Leader of the Labour Party, worked on UK Labour digital transformation project (tech / product) and digital comms

2018 - 2019: headed-up BD & marketing for award-winning LBE startup (Frontgrid / ParadropVR)

2020: the year of 🦠
