We subscribe to the epitome of what the Black Panther Party stood for and represented; Black equality in America as a catalyst to humanize the world. If we get on one Accord as a people, the whole world will get on one Accord. We are not a xenophobic black nationalist group nor a separatist black nationalist group. We implement revolutionary tactics using revolutionary social science and political revolution to achieve social development and accomplish social, educational and economical equality for all Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade descendants, Latino, Native-Americans, Indigenous, Immigrants and all disenfranchised people residing in the U.S.A. and abroad. If you believe you are called/chosen to be apart of the Black Panther Party Legacy and and you agree with our objective and the 10 Point Platform, this is the movement for you. We are an extention of the Black Panther Party Legacy Keepers out of Oakland California under the direction of Chairman Amin Cooley. We use the name "People's Party III " to honor, respect and keep relevant the legacy of the original Houston Black Panther Party chapter "The People's Party II" which was under the command of Chairman Carl Hampton who was assassinated July 26, 1970 by Houston Police outside of the People's Party II headquarters. Hampton set up shop at the 2800 block of then-Dowling Street (now Emancipation Avenue) in Third Ward. Although the area had been known as an extremely rough and crime-ridden area, Hampton committed himself to improving that community. He began providing decent clothing and food to the many of the people in the community who had basic needs and issues that needed to be addressed.  The ability of Hampton to effectively galvanize members of Houston’s Black community became an issue with select members of the Houston community – especially law enforcement officials with HPD. One particular incident became a sore spot with members of HPD, which many believe led to his eventual targeted assassination. WE ARE THE CONTINUATION OF THEIR LEGACY!
