I graduated from Tongji Medical University and had worked as an OB-GYN for four years in China. Later, I also received my PhD in Biology with Immunology focus at Indiana State University. In my post-doctoral training, I started being interested in studying complementary and alternative medicine and its mechanism, and I have spent 7 years in IUSM-Terre Haute, and UNC at Chapel Hill. While I am working at SMWC, I can see the importance of introducing the integrative medicine to the Midwest area of the country.

我曾经是一名西医妇产科医生，对中医不以为然。我当时更感兴趣的是继续深造，探索医学领域的科学。
来到美国后，在远离临床工作约十年后，渐渐发现了中医的美！我感到了把中医介绍到美国文化中的使命感。通过比较中西医的两种截然不同思维体系，我看到了两种医学巧妙结合，解决一些单用一种医学难以解决的问题的可能性。
我是个终生学习者，喜欢思考探究奥秘。我喜欢物尽其用，用最佳的策略，寻求幸福的生活，并有潜在的领导力。
