Here’s my story:
I grew up in a small town on a 1,000 acre cattle farm Texas, population 1,300.
In late 2009 I was married to my forever favorite guy. A year after that we found out I had kidney cancer. 😳It was a God story- ask me about it !
Later that same year, my Dad was diagnosed with lung cancer and we lost him in 2013. I was devastated.
These events prompted me quit my job with no savings or plan and become a realtor (solo). I acted out on a dream/whim and the inability to sit at a desk any longer... and decided the worst that could happen was that I would never sell a house.
A month later, I sold a house. To date, it was the craziest deal of my career.
Then I got pregnant . Then I got Rookie of the year for my Re/Max office. Then I had a baby & post partum depression, and got pregnant again before I was out of it #oops. It was hard.
My third year in the business, I had my second beautiful baby boy, and a perfect 16 mo old, and sold over 10 million in production without full time childcare. I can’t fully remember it all 😬, however this has made me rather insensitive to people’s (re: other realtors) excuses for not getting things done or being unresponsive 😜
Fun fact; I’ve never spent💲on marketing, cold called, knocked on doors, hosting open houses and I refuse to have the tag line about sending me referrals on my email or in a card.
I am a helper, a dreamer, a believer, a caretaker, a do-er of hard things, a lazy perfectionist that needs to learn how to leverage, and somehow an over-achiever and the world’s worst procrastinator all at the same time.
❤️Let’s be friends. ❤️
