Hi Friends,

Myself Hilash Nandilath, an engineer, entrepreneur & investor.

Since 2009 I've been working with Govt. of India as a Technical consultant for many organizations – certified credit counselors (udyammitra.in), NIESBUD, Indian institute of entrepreneurship (iie.nic.in), MSME, SIDBI-SVCL, and have clear update about all Govt Schemes like IAF, FOF, SME Growth Fund, MS Fund, Soft Loan Fund for MSMEs (SMILE), QUASI – EQUITY, PMEGP, UDAAN - CGTMSME, CLCSS - Subsidy, MSE – CDP cluster development etc.

I have raised funds for my business through many schemes PMEGP, CGTMSME, MUDRA, TERM, CC, OD ... and faced many tough challenges insolvency, liquidators, NCLT etc.

STARTUPS

I've a deep understanding of Startup India Scheme – DIPP, IMB, SIS, worked with RGNIIPM – IPR, SISFS – Startup India Seed Fund Scheme, EAC, ISMC, practical knowledge about due diligence, VC term sheet, Equity & Exit plans. I've raised 4.5 CR (620000 $) in 2018, made an exit in 2020.

I've funded 2 startups with seed funding.

Founded – Kilatuz Network, Kilatuz Technologies Pvt Ltd, Kilatuz Network Pvt Ltd, Kilatuz Network Technologies Pvt Ltd – ie four companies with my nickname KILATUZ.

I runs a few more companies – Vyoga Aarogyam Pvt Ltd, Kerala Tyre Works, KR Traders & Unisun Automotive – for all these companies I’ve availed loan from Govt Institutions.

I’m happy to help you to get started – from Idea to a company formation, creating a founding team, Equity & ESOPs, Get funding & to Scale.
