l chronicle the absurdity and weirdness of everyday life, as messy, awesome and perplexing as it is. I particularly love drawing plucky little animals trying to survive in a chaotic world. Why?

🌳 I was a producer for the Discovery Channel and survived a near-fatal accident while filming in the Amazon jungle
🎬 ...and became an advocate for safety in reality TV, as seen on The Today Show, CNN, E! and in the LA Times.
🎨 I turned to drawing & painting while recovering from injuries and surgeries. I painted my way out of the dark place, and parlayed that newfound passion into a business at age 46.

I’ve doubled my business every year for the past four years through a combination of hard work 💦, savvy marketing 🎯, and outstanding customer service. 👑

🌸 Drawing is a lonely endeavor, and I love meeting other artists & makers & creatives. Hoping I can find the real-world connections here that I’ve been missing since ‘rona.

✈️ Visited 32 countries, including Antarctica 3 times (and I met my husband there ❤️)

🕷I currently live on 3 acres in TX with tons of wildlife and a house spider named Steve.
❤️ I love hiking, swimming, anything outdoors, miserably cold weather, flat whites, forest bathing & moonlight meditations.
🎂 I’m about to turn 50 and I’m working on looking forward instead of back. It’s a process. 🌈
