Hi there. I’m very pleased to meet you and to be here. I am Helen from and based in the UK. I have just moved from London to The (very rainy!) Yorkshire Dales and my work is countrywide and currently based in Edinburgh.
I am a highly experienced finance professional having begun working in the finance industry in 1991. My investment, sales and customer service experience began at Goldman Sachs and I am now coming back full circle working with London Edinburgh Holdings Ltd locating financiers to invest in converting commercial buildings into residential flats.

This business fits with my personality to help people as the deficit between young people who want to be able to afford to get on the property ladder and the amount of affordable housing grows. This business helps to fulfil an unmet need for many first time buyers and it is also a great investment opportunity.

Finding the best portfolio of potential commercial buildings to invest in whilst gaining a good return on your investment is made more secure as I am working with Gordon and Maria Thomson who are already very established in the industry. This makes the risks lower as they already have a pipeline of properties and a network in place to convert the properties cost effectively and work within the legal guidelines and requirements.
