Co-Founder of Face/Change Alliance (F/CA); a fellowship study group that creates a safe, structured place to discuss the realities of systemic racism and do the work of dismantling them.

The effort to dismantle racism is not just a task for hardcore activists and social scientists, nor is it simply the task of people of color. It is the duty of every individual, especially those who benefit from it, to acknowledge the evils and work to reform systemic racism. Antiracism is necessary work, and it requires that we increase in both racial literacy and stamina. F/CA exists to help you grow in both.
