I am a practicing Psychologist, Graphologist (handwriting analyst), Mind Coach, Mentor and Trainer from Bangalore. I hold a Master degree in Psychology: Gold Medalist in Clinical Psychology and rank holder.

13 years of experience and counting!

"From being diagnosed with depression, panic disorder & OCD at a tender age of 15 to healing myself to having touched many lives, making an impact on many, transformed some and saving a few lives, its been a tremendous roller coaster ride. I had the choice to either scream in excitement or sulk in vain and I chose the former while I smile to glory.

I specialize in Counseling, Graphology, Mind Coaching and Psychometric testing. I rely on Graphology for Counseling- as a tool to access subconscious mind and enable to get a clear insight of personality and behavior. Unlike conventional counseling, insight is achieved in the very first session.
My motto is that, awareness about the real self is the first step towards becoming a self-actualized and fully functioning individual; and believe in focusing on the prevention aspect of mental health. My core areas of expertise are personal development, mind coaching, mentoring, stress management, psychological counseling, crisis intervention, interpersonal relations and life transitions.

I have carved a niche for practicing and delivering innovative, creative, educative and fun filled, dynamic, interactive insightful and mentally stimulating training and counseling/coaching.
I have successfully delivered massive transformations in my clients by relying on mind-shift in perspectives. I train aspirants in Psychology, Graphology and Coaching.
An avid reader, writer and frequently invited by TV channels for debates and panel discussions concerning Psychology and other behavioral issues as Expert. I also volunteer for a few causes close to my heart ♥
