I’m a Separation + Transition Coach and Trauma Healing Practitioner helping people transition and thrive beyond separation by supporting them to navigate the confusion, stress and drama. I help them heal the emotional trauma so they can move past the pain, overwhelm and frustration to feel calm, confident and free in control of a life they truly love.

Through my powerful combination of deep subconscious healing as well as conscious techniques and processes, I help my clients heal deeply and free themselves of the past, so they can experience and embrace great transformation in order to have the life they want and deserve.

The work we do together is deeply profound and life changing, tackling each of the three stages of the journey to thriving beyond separation: Triage & Awareness, Growth & Healing, Planning & Creation.

My mission is to help people to rise and thrive and live their best life following the breakdown and ending of a significant relationship.
The trauma they have suffered stops with them by the way their healing proudly affects their life and the lives of those around them including their children and other family members, as well as future generations.

The people I work with leave feeling free, with unshakeable foundations and healthy trust in themselves and other people again. They feel stronger, more confident and ready to take on the world, living life on their own terms. They find new loving relationships and embark in directions that align with their own purpose and dreams because nothing is holding them back anymore.
