Commercial real estate investment professional with nearly two decades of experience with diverse, complex transactions across all asset classes. I’ve worked on all sides of the table -- developer, investor, financier, and advisor.

During the great recession we represented developers nationwide in working out and underwriting their problem assets. Later, we transitioned to raising debt and equity across multiple asset classes. In total I’ve been directly involved in more than $500 million of assets at various points in the real estate cycle including acquisition, financing, asset management, development, and construction.

Fast forward to today where I manage a top-tier team of investment professionals at Annapurna Partners. I focus my time originating new business, evaluating risk, financial structuring, and sitting on our investment committee.

• Principal in specialty lending platform that focused on small balance commercial real estate lending and value-added subordinated debt solutions. Forged strategic alliances with CMBS and regional banking institutions to provide increased leverage to clientele.

EXTENSIVE ADVISORY & CONSULTING EXPERIENCE:
• Represented top-tier developers across the country in working out, restructuring and underwriting problem assets.
• Capital advisory debt financing, mezzanine financing, preferred equity, joint venture equity, and sponsorship equity.
• General commercial real estate consulting including concept initiation, entitlement, design, construction, budgeting, creation of the projects scope, and asset management.
• Financial underwriting and due diligence of hundreds of millions of square feet of commercial real estate for acquisition at various points in the real estate cycle.
