โฎ I was underweight and I was scared that doing exercise would make me lose more weight.
๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ I joined a gym and started using the weights (because that is what my friend did) and this was the start of my journey. Exercise gave me the confidence I had always lacked. I started to find ways to exercising that I enjoyed.
๐๐ป Enjoyment - I cannot stress finding enjoyment from exercise enough.
โฉ Fast forward to now where Iโm working with clients in person and online. There is no greater feeling than seeing them accomplish something they had never been able to do before ๐ฅฐ
