I help women to overcome codependent tendencies that keep them powerless and hinder their happiness.

👉 I support them to break a vicious cycle that leaves them stuck by helping someone who won't help themselves, taking care of others before themselves, sacrificing their desires in order to make others happy, or relying on people or substances for comfort.

👉 I support them in getting self-knowledge and clarity about the situation that keeps them stuck in their current state.

👉I use an intuitive and creative person-centred way of working to explore feelings, patterns and behaviours.

👉I help them identify their strengths, resources, skills and talents so they can create more fulfilling relationships and a more fulfilling life.

I have got an experience in working with survivors of sexual abuse including domestic abuse, I have had supported clients who were involved in court cases.

I also worked with University art students over a number of years and I taught both: Introduction to Counselling Skills and Certificate in Counselling Skills courses (Person-Centred Approach).

To expand ‘the support toolbox’ I completed additional training in
Creative Arts, Gestalt Approach, Recall Healing to support my clients more holistically.
