The will to win is not nearly the same as the will to prepare to serve.
I love what I do and I love serving my clients. I am in my 36 years as a Realtor and I have spanned the globe from serving first time buyers to selling
million dollar homes to selling small commercial properties,
I will never give up my license because it is a part of me and I will continue to serve until! However my focus has been altered to serve in a different direction.
Currently, I have decided to get more involved in real estate politics to learn more about my industry.
I serve as an At Large Director for the District of Columbia Association of Realtors. I am a member of the public policy committee. I am also a member of the Maryland Global Business Committee!. Former co-chair of the DC Pan African Council of Elders.
I hold several designations, which are as follows:
Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS),
Certified Residential Specialist (CRS),
Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES),
Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), member of the
