Creator and developer of the pioneering Gonsalves Method a methodical, immediately, practical process to achieve consistent, authentic connection and enable you to be present moment to moment in acting or in life. Theatre Practitioner for nearly 30 years and thought leader in authentic connection in all areas of human interaction particularly in leadership and working with companies that want more collaboration and ensemble ways of working.

Born in Kenya, I originate from Goa and am off Indian descent. I came to the UK as a refugee in the 70s and am pursing ways to allow and inspire myself and others to always make their full unique contribution- ‘ if you don’t bring it the world won’t have it’ www.GonsalvesMethod.com

I have a regular weekly class in the Gonsalves Method and my theatre company specialises in authentic acting in immersive productions around the world in extraordinary spaces and now in their popular interactive online productions Butterfly Theatre Company.

I am an RSC director, actor and education practitioner for the past 18 years.
I currently teach my Gonsalves Method at RADA, London College of Music, Arts Ed ( I was Head of the MA in Acting 2011-15) Drama Studio London ( Head of Acting 2018-19)
I about to launch an Immersive Acting School in 2021 with Immersive London.
