After two and a half intense years on this platform, filled with both ups and downs, victories, and defeats, I want to express my respect for each of you. However, I've reached a point where I need to move on.
I'm honestly tired of those who, despite lacking substantial financial success, constantly preach about how to make you become millionaires. Some claim to teach public speaking but struggle with effective communication themselves.
In the real estate realm, it's absurd that individuals with just a handful of properties insist on selling me a mentorship course to teach me how to make money, especially when I own nearly 400 properties across Ohio, Florida, and Texas.
I've encountered countless pseudo-investors known in clubhouse who express interest in my properties listings but vanish when asked for their company's and financial credibility.
Perhaps the most disheartening aspect of my Clubhouse experience was encountering genuine scammers on stage, while the owner of the house encouraged me to maintain professionalism in their presence. It's clear that this isn't the community I thought it was.
The final straw was Clubhouse's recent update, which wiped out my accumulated followers and replaced them with 'friends.' It's disconcerting to think that one would rely on social media for friendship when real connections exist outside these virtual walls.
I have no intention of investing more time in a platform where the owners prioritize their interests over user experience. The latest update seems to serve only their benefit more than ours.
