Hi! I’m Bas van Ginkel. I live technology and love a challenge. I’m very good at looking at an existing organization and assimilate its components. My extensive knowledge of processes, people and change enable me to come up with solutions that help organizations grow. I'm a team player that will show his leadership skills when they are needed. My background in technology enables me to translate the business needs into technical specifications and be a sparring partner for developers.

I love working for brands and organizations that make bold promises to their clients and make sure they deliver on them.
