As a teen, I realized parts of our judicial system snatch our young black men 🚔 -- who look like me, talk like me, and actually ARE me -- from their tender formative years 👶🏾 of late teens into mid-twenties and scar them in mindset-altering 🧠📚👨👩👧👦 ways.😔
