Most of all we do it so naturally by just being us. We Knot For Cell podcast not only highlights the foundational differences of us all but also expounds on our knowledge to enlighten others on our views that have allowed us to see the world like we do. Without feeling insecure as blackmen. Our confidence and trust in our foundation never allows us to be subjected to Failure or the stereotypes of black men in the world!

The knot is because we tight like a knot, knot also meaning like noose we refuse to hang ourselves and fall victim to our own ignorance. Cell meaning we are one unit never to be locked in a cage or jail cell confined, being fearless to represent ourselves outside of the stereotype. Never selling out to sacrifice our integrity!
