🔥 My passion is developing authentic confidence in leaders, motivation in teams, and strategising for ethical business growth to create meaningful work and promotion of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) using digitisation and technology to accelerate growth and performance, using over 20 years of expertise in high performing teams, from the first wave of digitisation in the 90s - from mobility to eCRM, Outsourcing, Security, Mobility and Managed ICT Services, and beyond....

📈 Where I excell is running/advising businesses for profit and growth, blending commercial acumen with technology to help the companies I work with to identify and exploit opportunities in the technology, retail, brands and logistics sectors.

✅ I’ve been leading programmes creating change and efficiency in organisations, through people, systems, and process since 1998.

🌎 I’m lucky to have worked with numerous Global Multinational / FTSE 100 companies, at board level on 4 continents, over 30 countries, particularly developing economies, and with over 50 nationalities.

🌱 Most recently, I’ve spent time supporting global businesses and national government authorities on Digital Leadership, Transformation Planning and Collaborative Working practices, based on my experiences leading large scale international technology change programmes, ensuring that the technologies proposed support the goals for citizens, stakeholders and employees.

💲 I’ve managed programmes and contract portfolios with total values in excess of £100M per annum, and notable successes include cost and risk avoidance of over £10M per annum typically, and introduction and compliance with governance and business improvement, achieved in heavily male-dominated environments – in recognition of this, I held the Chair of the BT Women’s Network from 2012-2014, growing membership and promoting women in STEM and I continue to contribute to ongoing development of technology talent through mentoring.
