Bio

I am who I am and by the grace of God I’m me!

As a Peer Support specialist I advocate for mental health. I’ve been doing this for 6 years using myself as an example of how recovery from mental illnesses is possible.

My spiritual purpose: To
Touch and impact as many souls on earth in a positive manner while living in this physical life!

I’m a Fibromyalgia, Endometriosis, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and PTSD warrior! Health and wellness is huge and I’m big on holistic living.

A single mom of 2 kids. Parenting is my first and most important job! Going back and fourth between parenting a 14 year old and a 3 year old is interesting.

Giving back is we’re it’s at! In my life I have learned that when you give you grow, your heat grows to be able to love more and to give more! I’m grateful to be on Clubhouse as another platform for me to be able to give in the from of advice and knowledge from the lived experience and people can learn from me. I love this idea because a lot of who I am comes from applying things that I’ve learned from others in this manner.

I have a plethora of hobbies: Sports and being active: soccer, basketball, volleyball, track and field, archery, horse back riding, and hiking! I’ve been a youth track and field coach, gymnastics coach, and an archery instructor! Other hobbies are: cooking and baking. I can make all kinds of food from all over the world. I have found myself to be the neighborhood Lumpia maker. When it comes to baking, it’s a passion. Custom cheesecakes are my thing but I do cakes, cookies… and upon occasion I get to make Schwartzwalder Kirschtortes! Sewing, tutu making, crocheting floral arrangement, and creative writing are things I love to do. I’ve been referred to as Susie Homemaker, Betty Crocker and Martha Stewart all in one. I also love auto mechanics! I had done my own automotive repairs for years. There’s something truly special about getting your hands dirty.
