⁉️Do you ever meet someone who is 70 - and is still out there adventuring - and think to yourself “Wow I want to be like that when I’m their age” ?! 🚵🧗‍♀️🏔

I do too 💛 whenever I meet someone older than me in the outdoors it fills me with hope... that there isn’t a dead end, and you don’t have to “do it whilst you’re young”

But I couldn’t see many stories to aspire to… So I took my second hand bike 🚴 and cycled 3,175 km around the UK interviewing 51 incredible people about their adventurous lives as I went ⛺️🏔
