Let's explore how can we increase visibility, support and access for ALL underrepresented groups, including BAME/ BIPOC, those with disabilities (hidden or visible), LGBTQIA+ individuals, different gender identities, those with limited financial means, different body types, different ages and more!

I want this to be a space where members can run targeted conversations on the subjects they are most passionate about: across diversity and outdoor activity areas. Let’s learn from each other!
