After practicing law for almost a decade and riding the Adderall and Ambien roller coaster for five years, my deteriorating mental and physical health motivated me to hang up my legal spurs to study sleep, personal training, nutrition, and mental health to save my own body and soul. That journey not only saved me, but allowed me to re-enter the practice of law with a fresh mindset and the ability to help others struggling in similar situations.
It has been a passion of mine to be an advocate for sleep in the legal profession. I have helped law firms, legal agencies, and individual practitioners to look at sleep as a career booster rather than an impediment to billable hours.
I’ve worked with attorneys, doctors, mothers, children, and even MMA fighters to boost sleep and performance.
