WHERE I’D LIKE TO PLAY MORE
🦶Off the computer, out of the head, into the body.
🧘🏼‍♀️Teach and share yoga and meditation (rather than just having the qualifications sitting here unused).
🌱 Be more active and create offerings on our side project (blog, newsletter, program and community).
🤗 Create a retreat space to invite others to experience some of the amazing mind-body modalities I’ve been lucky enough to experience.

WHAT I’M MOST EXCITED ABOUT RIGHT NOW
🔶 Guiding the marcomms for a new Australian, purpose-led nutraceutical company.
🧒 My 4 year old. We’re getting a crash course in the art of negotiation and having a ball in the process.
