🗣An experienced manager with a 10-year history of managing services in both the private and third sector where she has worked closely with young people, families and professionals to identify difficulties, action plan and improve outcomes. Specialising in people management, staff supervision, training and project development.
👩🏽🎓JNC qualified Youth Worker and currently a master's student in Youth Work and Community Development.
👊🏽Interests include the analysis of the experiences of BME women in education, health and community sectors and widening the participation in higher education of the BME community.
