Bio

I have 16-year experience as a R&D Engineer and Coordinator, working on Electronic System Development, Intelligence and Security Technologies, CNO, and Information Operations. My experiences have given me strong and unique expertise in Contracts Law (particularly Engineering Contracts, Venture Capital, and IT Contracts), ICT Law, AI Law and Intellectual Property. Currently, I am a lecturer in the METU and TOBB-ETU Cyber Security MS and Doctorate Programs. I've designed and taught courses for the Ankara Bar Association, Turkish Bar Association, Marmara University, and for various corporations and institutions in Turkey, especially concerning legal aspects of technology and/or technological aspects of the law. For 17 years, I have prepared and implemented various projects funded by the EU, KOSGEB, TUBİTAK, and Ministry of Development, and until January 2018, I also worked as a legal consultant for EU IPA I projects for Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology.
