My goals?
Yeah, I have some pretty big ones.
Some selfish. Some not. I’d like to start with a small cafe and food truck again while working with Farmers and Ranchers. This time doing it correctly and not spending a fortune on LA rental properties.

My original goal was to open a culinary camp for kids. Non profit and working to teach them how to grow their own veggies and raise animals. Now I still wan that but also want to work more with the farmers then I used to.

I want to compost and collect animal fur and feathers to help with oil spills in the oceans. I want to teach veterans how to get back on their feet and help find culinary matches for people in senior homes. I want fur babies to have insurance and human babies to know how to focus on nutrition and health.

I’m a big dreamer. But I am going to accomplish some of this. Some of it for a second time.
