I am an Italian food tech based in Milano specialized in Italian style gelato 🍨 that it is not the same than ice cream. I travelled the world to teach how to properly make this unique food. But this is history even if part of my knowledge. In this new time I love to sail, read, write, travel and grow my son Filippo as a good young man. Life is short.
