I’m a Coach who assists people to smash their goals and keep them accountable to their Vision.
I left a controlling toxic marriage in 2008 ; with sole custody of my baby , no job ; not knowing a soul in a different city , a new state , no friends , no family no nothing . At the time I felt like my world imploded. Little did I know my divorce would be the biggest GIFT. I went on a journey to discover who the F’ I really was !!!!
I’m also passionate about breaking down stigma in mental health in my day job ; I believe raising awareness and evidence-based reform around these issues is key to achieve effective service delivery in the Australian community. And globally for that matter.
Health is WEALTH. A healthy person wants a thousand things, a sick person only wants One thing.
