My Name Is Evans Ojwang and I am a Real Estate Entrepreneur residing in Seattle, WA. I started my Real Estate Investing business in 2012 focusing primarily on a technique called Wholesaling where you can flip a house in less that 2 weeks with little to no money down or labor to fix it.

✅ 2012 incorporated and officially started my Business

✅ 2013 I did my first two flips that grossed me $18,000. All this took 10-15 days per transaction. One transaction made me $8,000 the other made me $10,000.

✅ 2014 I started doing it full time

✅ 2016 I created 6 different online course and wrote a book on how anyone, if they have the drive and mindset, can do this type of business.

✅ Early 2020 Corona hit the nation and we were the first state with cases and ended up being shut down completely. Real Estate was shut down for about 3-4 months and then opened back up with restrictions on open houses. This took a toll in my business so I had to pivot and change my business model.

I changed my business model to do deals close to 100% virtual as I can.
I am also rehabbing houses with my family and partnering with a group who Pooled their money together for rehabs.

✅ 2020-2021 I created a new online course and partnered with a software & App that teaches new and current investors how to wholesale deals virtually nationwide from their laptop and smartphone.

Also, have opened up to partner with any like minded person who wants to virtually wholesale in my market (Seattle).
