Carol Evanoff is a renowned leader, strategic planner, coach and mentor across the aerospace/defense industry, education arenas and professional organizations. 30+ years of engineering and leadership experience in industry focused on strategic planning, individual empowerment and professional development. She is a published author with over 1,079 successful mentees. She retired in January 2011 from the Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific where she was the Lockheed Martin Resident Director leading 430 employees. Carol is the Chairperson of the Puget Sound Regional Council Washington Defense Partnership, Past President of the Puget Sound Naval Base Association and Advisory Board member for Olympic College 4 year program in Engineering.
