The Mentoring Club on Clubhouse is our nonprofit’s way of building out our community of mentors, mentees, volunteers, donors, and supporters who truly believe in the power of mentoring to help develop more leaders in the workforce. We believe in helping working people become successful and happy leaders. We help them get to know themselves, establish their goals, and develop and enhance the skills they need to achieve their goals through the guidance of generous mentors. We help people in the workforce find meaningful work that creates a positive impact in their lives and the world. As they become successful leaders, our dream is for them to become mentors to others, and that the cycle of giving back through mentoring continues without end.
