NFL CAREER: 
Former 9 year NFL player. 
1. Drafted to GreenBay Packer (2 years) in 1991 35th pick overall from Oregon State University. 
2. Minnesota Vikings. (5 years)
3. Jacksonville Jaguars (1 year)
4. Atlanta Falcon (1 year) went to the 1998 Super Bowl 
5. Panthers (1 year)
After retiring from football in 2000 I came out of the closet on HBO “Real sports” .  It was the best day of my life.  Ever since then I have been an advocate for the LGBTQ Comunity.  Dedicating my life to Inclusion, Diversity and Anti-Bullying.

I’m as passionate for food as I was playing football. Inspired by my mother, I have taken the Tatse of Polynesia and fused it with other cultures. WORDS OF WISDOM:
We have control of our one destiny, it’s what you decide will help you with the outcome.  Also if you think I grew up privileged, your wrong.  I grew up poor in a shack with a dirt floor and a out house on a banana farm in Hawaii.  I was beat, abused and molested when I was young. But when I escaped I never looked back, never made excuses and decided that I was going to change my life.  I did not dwell on the past and when I got knocked down in life, I got back up.   One thing I learned, without God in your life, it will be impossible, if you don’t ask, you’ll never know and if you don’t love yourself, it will be hard for you  to let go the HATE.
