I’ve been on social media for the sole purpose to heal from severe trauma. As the 8th victim of a serial abuser, I was lost and didn’t remember who I was and my worth. By talking to my face on live video, speaking to the hearts of 1,000s of women, I was able to speak the words to myself that I needed to heal. As a community we did it together!

I share real life, and how I set manageable expectations with intentional and deliberate practices with the BETTER over perfect method in all aspects of our multi-vocational lives.
