MY WHY 💎❤️💕
My greatest accomplishment wasn’t establishing (2) 6 💰💰figure businesses 💥 in multiple states on the East Coast for nearly 30 years 😳 (I know, yes I look 30 don’t I? Been working since my debut out the womb 👶🏽) or obtaining my PhD in Human Behavior Psychology🧑🏾⚕️, or even achieving a prestigious global award as an Empowerment Speaker 🗣
My greatest accomplishment was caregiving my Mommy🤰🏽for 12 years who was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease, WHILE running two successful 6 figure businesses, obtaining my doctorate, and speaking across the globe.
The sadness, stress and struggle of seeing my Mommy decline had me to a point where THIS MENTAL HEALTH PSYCHOTHERAPIST was suicidal.
AND COULDN’T TELL A SOUL. 🤫🤐
Why? Because I could lose my license (which wouldn’t matter too much if I was gone 🧐) I would seem weak, and, I’m supposed to be a Christian 🙏🏽🙌🏾😇
Guilt, shame and embarrassment on top of feeling suicidal. Who would think it?
But I didn’t take myself out (spoiler alert 🚨)
And Why? Because of YOU.
YOU ARE MY WHY.
My role in your life is to REMIND you to take control of your POWER, OWN and operate in it, REMEMBER who you are, and that you are MADE FOR MORE.
