Podcast @OurJourneyPodcast 🎙

Our Journey talk show, every Friday at 5PM ET/2PM PT

Mind, body and soul, health, nutrition, specific methods, spirituality, mental health, shadow work, frequencies, holistic/naturopathic/osteopathic medicine.

We are all on our own journey and having our own experiences. We might be our own person and each of us are unique, but we are one collective energy, when we come together and resonate on the same frequency.

What can we do to make a difference and to make our world a better place.

I’ll have another weekly show, more on a creative side film, music, art, fashion, festivals, concerts, BTS etc.

Your number of followers doesn’t define you. What defines you and what’s important to me! Connection and which frequency you vibrate at. Who you are as a human being, how you treat others. Whether you operate from a place of an abundance and aligned within yourself.
