I developed Human-Centric Leading a new mindset and way of affecting change amidst uncertainty that puts people at the center of decisions. I love and know how to transform people-related drama such an tension, conflict, talent turnover, customer turnover, errors, surprises by maker disrupters, burnout and the deleterious use of criticism, judgment and blame (CJB). I love ideas, change and innovation and helping leaders cross the chasm. My mission is to help reclaim our humanity in the workplace and co-authoring with Shadi Abouzeid my business partner a book with that title: Reclaiming Our Humanity in the Workplace.
