My love of dance of 16 years led me to the fitness industry in 2013 when I relocated from Bakersfield, CA to San Luis Obispo County and became a barre instructor and a one-time 3rd place bikini bodybuilder. Dance and fitness became one when PlyoJam found me on Instagram. I fell in love with PlyoJam and saw how one hour of class created motivation, dedication, happiness, and a chance of spreading a positive community.

Happily and always on the go, I continue to teach and I’m one of the master choreographers for the PlyoJam company. My goals in life are to continue my passion and to motivate men and women to live a better healthy life style whether it’s through dance or fitness. I’m currently living in Los Angeles taking dance classes, being in workout videos for Heat Dance company, still teaching for PlyoJam, and chasing my dreams to be the next Jane Fonda and to be known someday, as the energized bunny that never gives up.
