I am an Employment Law & HR specialist Solicitor and I run my own business, Real Employment Law Advice.
I am passionate (some would say slightly obsessed š) about improving the world of work for all, by providing specialist advice to Employers and Employees.
My team and I assist businesses with all HR processes from recruitment and drafting contracts through to grievances, disciplinary proceedings and defending a claim in the Employment Tribunal.
We provide clear and unstuffy legal advice when it is required and work proactively with businesses to prevent problems from arising.
