When you’re a woman working in a male dominated environment it can be hard to speak out, share your ideas and get heard.

Showing up authentically and standing up for what we believe in can make us feel vulnerable, which doesn’t fit well in the logical, process driven tech world.

But we are stronger and more resilient than we think - and the tech world needs us to be ourselves so our perspective gets heard.

We need more female leaders in tech to influence the next generation of products and influence the systems so that those things we use on a daily basis to make a difference to even more lives.

I’m a leadership coach, working with female leaders in tech and helping them to connect with their resilience so that they can show up fully as themselves and make their difference in the world.
