L’Oreal "ElleVintage" Chrisp, a Journalist, Poet, youth advocate, sexual abuse advocate, FLO Poet,
motivational speaker, and worship leader from the surrounding southern Jersey homestead.
L’Oreal , so affectionately known as Elle, is a lover of people, words, and most importantly Jesus
Christ! As a young author and writer, Elle has shown her true versatility and transparency
within the walls of her very own testimony. One thing is for sure, L’Oreal is not afraid to share
her testimony, in fact she often says to not share is to be selfish because someone else is going
through some of those very things and are in need of a breakthrough. Currently, L’Oreal is a
worship leader, former president of Revolt Young Adult ministry, and apart of Unashamed
gospel ministries. L’Oreal carries a gift of words that is worth listening to and shines on her.
L’Oreal began her journey of words at a very young age. In 2005, she began to open up and
grace stages of open mics everywhere. It was not long after that she fully became a
performance artist. After realizing who this poet was and the power behind her gift, singers,
musicians, and poets would seek this young lady’s talent and gift for many projects. L’Oreal, is
apart Beacons in the Park, which was her first joint project, the author of He=Art2, a host for
many venues, part curator and host for the southern Jersey Stop the Violence Movement, apart
of Mental Projections, Infinite Dreams productions, the Lady in Green with Just Rights
Production of Ntozake Shange’s For Colored Girls, apart of the new 48 Blocks Art initiative for
Atlantic City, and A National Association of Black Journalists member and journalist. These are
just a pinch of L’Oreal’s commitment and dedication to the Arts, but what she really prides in is
being a mother, Mom #2 as she says with laughter, to three beautiful Kings alongside her fiancé
Chrissy. “They have surely been the healing and renewed love in my life, something I never
thought I would feel again!” She is truly a daughter after her Fathers heart!
