❤️ I am passionate about combining creativity with wellbeing both for Children and Adults, and bringing self care to the forefront of The Arts; living mindfully as an artist and helping others along the way.

🥰 ALL of my work, I believe, is about HOLDING SPACE for people, so that they can escape into a story, be creative, practice self- care, or ALL OF THE ABOVE.
