A dynamic coach, consultant and educator Nancy integrates art and science to enable leaders to develop the human edge of leadership, more essential today as they digitalise their organisations and navigate growing complexity and interconnectivity. Nancy integrates advances in neuropsychology, neuroscience and purpose-led leadership with her knowledge and first hand experience of high performance. She has over ten years’ experience in executive development following an international career as a C-suite executive preceded by her first career as a ballet soloist.
She is recognised for her work in the practical development of leadership agility, and co-developed and co-led a programme for a major multinational in agility and complexity. She has coached in a Harvard Business School programme for business transformation.
As an accredited coaching supervisor Nancy also supervises C-suite executives and Board Directors, working with the full spectrum of restorative (resilience) formative (growth edge) normative (ethics) and transformative supervision.
She has worked across many sectors and cultures and is at ease with a broad range from highly technical, scientific or financial organisations. Originally from the US, Nancy has lived in six countries. In addition to her native English she converses in French and German.
