Dwayne Moore is from Jamaica, Queens, NY. He graduated from Stony Brook University in 2017 and majored in Sociology and Africana Studies. Soon after graduating, he started teaching 9th grade English in Newark, NJ. One day while teaching, he realized that he was being hypocritical telling students to go chase their dreams while not doing that for himself. He soon after became connected with acting coach Marishka S. Phillips and began taking acting classes and studying in pursuit of launching his acting career. Then Dwayne became connected with Mykel C. Smith and launched his modeling career. He then independently released his first-ever music single "Like That". Dwayne headlined his first concert in January 2020 at the Paperbox. He has been cast in commercials for Verizon, Better Business Bureau, starred in a short film for Jill Scotts World Tour, and more. While Dwayne is just getting started, he hopes to inspire students all across the world to love themselves and to follow whatever dream they have. Life is too short to not live in your truth and follow what you love.
